Scott Henderson

Funeral Director / Owner

Scott attended West Liberty Schools, the University of Northern Iowa and the Dallas Institute of Mortuary Science. In 1984 he returned to join the Barker Funeral Home in West Branch and West Liberty. In 1996 he purchased the funeral homes and they became Henderson-Barker Funeral Home.

Scott is married to Jackie Buysse Henderson and together they have two children Elliot and Mylei.

Ben Palmer

Funeral Director

Ben attended West Liberty Schools, the University of Iowa and Cincinnatti College of Mortuary Science. He was employed with the Wilton Mortuary in Peoria, Illinois for a short time before joining the funeral home in 2001.

Ben is married to Miranda Black Palmer and they have three children Simon, Oliver and August.
